5. Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is between PhoneTender ("Provider") and the business identified in this form ("Client"), effective on the date signed below.
Service
Provider will build and manage an automated review-request service ("Review Funnel") that sends Client's customers a text message, shortly after a completed visit, inviting them to leave a public review at the link Client provides. Provider handles setup, message copy, the branded review link, and ongoing management.
Fees
Monthly service fee of $99.99, billed in advance each month. No long-term contract — service is month-to-month and either party may cancel at any time, with service running through the end of the period already paid for. Billing begins once the Review Funnel is activated for Client.
Fair & compliant requests
Every customer receives the same honest invitation to review — Provider does not hide, filter, or screen customers by predicted sentiment, keeping the service compliant with the review platforms' policies and applicable law. Provider does not guarantee any number of reviews or any rating.
Messaging & consent
Client confirms it has a legitimate business relationship with the customers whose numbers are sent, and authorizes Provider to text those customers a single review request per visit on Client's behalf. Every message identifies the business and includes a one-tap opt-out. Client is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information supplied or connected.
Ownership & data
Provider owns the system configuration and tooling. Client owns its business and customer data, which Provider will not sell or share with third parties.
