6. Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is between PhoneTender ("Provider") and the business identified in this form ("Client"), effective on the date signed below.

Services

Provider will build, configure, and maintain an AI phone receptionist for Client's business, including call answering, appointment booking into Client's calendar, and message-taking, based on the information Client supplies in this form. Ongoing monitoring and reasonable adjustments are included in the monthly service.

Fees

One-time setup fee of $500, due before work begins and non-refundable once the build starts. Monthly service fee of $250, billed in advance each month. Service continues month-to-month; either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation, the service is deactivated at the end of the paid period.

Client responsibilities

Client will provide accurate business information, calendar access, and will enable call forwarding on its phone line. Client remains responsible for reviewing appointment activity and its own customer communications.

AI limitations & liability

The service uses artificial intelligence, which may occasionally mishear, misstate information, or fail to complete a booking. Provider does not guarantee any level of revenue, bookings, or call performance. Provider's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by Client in the prior 30 days. The service is a supplement to — not a replacement for — Client's own business practices.

Call recording notice

Calls handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed for quality and configuration purposes. Client authorizes such recording for its business line and understands callers may be notified as required by applicable law.

Ownership & data

Provider owns the system configuration, prompts, and tooling. Client owns its business information and customer data, which Provider will not sell or share with third parties.
